Schedule the assessment test and then the results and the recommendations will be discussed with you by the Online Program Coordinator.  After the discussion, you can make the enrollment payments and sign the terms of enrollment and submit via online.

Below are the requirements needed before enrollment:

1.  Photocopy of birth certificate

2.  Photocopy of baptismal certificate

3.  Photocopy of First Holy Communion certificate

4.  Photocopy of Confirmation certificate

5.  Recommendation letter from previous school or certificate of Good moral character

6.  Report Card (F-137)
